"She’s Got Sole" captures the raw connection between necessity, creativity, and resilience, pulling straight from my own life of getting by with what I have. Where new shoes are out of reach, and my toes poke through the holes of worn-out soles, I found inspiration. This piece blends my toes and shoes into one bold image, turning a daily struggle into something meaningful and expressive. It looks simple, but it took a lot of work to pull off. Instead of my usual process of stacking digital images, I mixed digitally painted details with photography to make it feel real and alive - a reflection of what it means to keep going with what you’ve got. This piece challenges you to see struggle and creativity as two sides of the same coin, proving that even the smallest things can hold beauty and meaning.
